Parking
July 8th SET-UP: Exhibitors may park in the West lots A, B, C, D for load in through the front of the building. For dock access, enter the dock lot at the South side of the building (see map below). There is a guard shack that will be staffed during move in and event hours. There are both standard size parking stalls for pov's and dock bays for large box trucks and/or semis. See attached diagram that shows the access route.
July 9th EVENT: Please DO NOT use the back parking lot or loading dock or leave vehicles or trailers in the loading dock parking area on the day of the event. Park ONLY in lot A, B, C, D or the lot just North of the building. Thank you!

Exhibitor Check-In / Venue Map
Exhibitors set-up:
- Wednesday from 2:00-6:00 PM
- Thursday before the show starts from 6:30-7:30 AM.
This year your badges and information packet will be located at your booth space for Wednesday arrival. When you arrive at Mountain America you can go directly to your booth space. If you will only be setting up on Thursday you will need to go to exhibitor support for your badges and packet.

Thursday, July 9th
6:30 AM - 7:30 AM Exhibitor booth set-up
7:00 AM MARKETPLACE OPENS. IF YOU ARE IN THE MARKETPLACE AISLE (Booth # 1100-1207) YOUR BOOTH WILL OPEN TO ATTENDEES AS WELL!

Engagement
Goosechase - We use the Goosechase app to increase attendee engagement with exhibitors and with each other. We hope you will join in the conversation! More information HERE!
Show {up} Room Passport - Each attendee will have an expo hall passport which will encourage engagment in each of the four expo hall zones. Be sure to know which zone your booth is in so you will sign the appropriate spot on the passport! You invite you to have a unique mission at your booth for teachers to "earn" their passport stamp!
Website Logo - Starting June 1st, check the Show {up} Room website to confirm your company/organization logo is displayed and the URL link is working. If any information is missing, please send it to me.
Administrator Engagement - The Administrator Networking track will be held during Breakout Session 1 & 2 (10:50 PM - 12:30 PM). If you are in the Administrator Zone be sure to have your best promotions, gifts and games during that hour. Promotional information will be provided to administrators. More information will be sent to Admin Zone booths through email.
Drawing Gift
The drawing is always a highlight of the event, bringing fun and encouragement to our educators. We’re so grateful for the generous gifts you’re contributing. Please bring your drawing item to exhibitor support INFO desk, where you’ll log it with our team.
Need ideas? Popular gifts in the $150 range include gift cards, tech gadgets (like earbuds or smart speakers), wellness packages, hotel stays, themed gift baskets, or stylish bags and accessories.
Badges
To support meaningful networking, each attendee will wear a different badge color, making it easier for you to tailor your conversations to their specific roles and needs.

Food Policy
Sodexo Live! is the exclusive provider of food and beverage at the conference. If you plan on bringing any outside food or beverage to give to attendees contact Sodexo Live! for the Food and Beverage Sampling Policy and Outside Food and Beverage Waiver. Reach out to Amber Bailey at Sodexo with any questions.

Decorating
- Our decorator is JP Display. Email susan@jpdisplay.com for a link to the decorator kit if you would like to order furniture, floor coverings or power from JP Display.
- We will provide pipe and black drape. See attached image. Each 10’ x 10’ booth space consists of the following equipment: 8’ High Back Drape 3’ high side drape (where applicable), a 7” x 44” simple booth ID sign
- Each booth will have an 8' black skirted table and two padded chairs. If you do not use them, simply place them in the aisle and the decorator will remove them during setup.
- We will NOT be providing carpet or any other fixtures unless you ordered it during registration (except tables and chairs)
- We will NOT be providing power to each booth so you need to reach out to JP Display for power.
- You are welcome to bring your own furniture and floor coverings and are NOT required to order from JP Display.
- No fixtures above waist high in the booth are allowed for the first 6' into the booth. No helium balloons.
- Please review and be familiar with the exhibitor prospectus that contains all policies and regulation regarding booth setup.

For those who have not been to a trade show before you can find tips for creating a booth space at these links. Remember that details like rugs, tablecloths, banners, interactive games and quality giveaways will attract people to your booth!
Wi-Fi
We are providing basic Wi-Fi in the Show {up} Room. We can't guarantee the consistency or strength of the signal and it may be spotty or unreliable. We recommend downloading any video you plan to stream. You should have no problem doing tasks such as payments or email.

Lunch
We’re happy to offer exhibitors the opportunity to enjoy any extra boxed lunches available after 1:30, once all teachers have eaten. While we cannot guarantee lunch, there has typically been plenty available in the past. We hope this provides a convenient option during your day. Additional food and refreshments are also available for purchase onsite.
