Kim Bearden is cofounder and executive director of the Ron Clark Academy and a nationally recognized educator who has inspired teachers around the world through her work in student engagement, school culture, and relationship-driven instruction. A National Teachers Hall of Fame inductee, Milken Award recipient, and Disney American Teacher Awards honoree, she is also a bestselling author and veteran educator of nearly four decades.
In addition to her keynote, Kim will also lead exclusive breakout workshops, offering attendees an extended opportunity to learn directly from her.
BRONCO MENDENHALL
HEAD FOOTBALL COACH
UTAH STATE UNIVERSITY
Coach Bronco Mendenhall has more than 30 years of experience leading teams through challenge, change, and high expectations. Over 19 seasons as the collegiate head football coach for Brigham Young University, the University of Virginia, the University of New Mexico, and now as the current head coach at Utah State University, he is known for helping people learn from loss, regain focus on what matters most, and keep moving forward during difficult seasons.
His team-first leadership and steady approach resonate deeply with educators navigating demanding, high-stakes environments.
